About Acts

Acts Microscopes is a family owned and operated business. Based out of Nashville, Acts has been servicing the Medical and Educational communities in the southeast region since 1974. Thanks to our customers, Acts has grown into a premier Microscope service and sales company. We proudly service Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Acts offers extended service in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, and Mississippi.

Service and Repair

When you are serviced by one of our trained microscope Service Specialist, we complete a thorough cleaning of your microscope. We perform a full preventive maintenance service to your microscope from the Oculars, the microscope stage, the course and fine focus, the objectives, the light sources and even the body itself. Proper microscope operation requires exact settings, centering and aligning phase annuli’s in Phase Contrast. Hoffman modulation alignment, fluorescent lamp alignment, kohler set-up and numerous other components which only be performed by a trained professional.

Acts Microscopes takes customer safety and facility compliance very seriously. That is why each Acts employee has gone through a 3rd party for drug screening, background check, immunizations and training on HIPPA and other standards.
